Feedback form
The Feedback link in the footer of every page opens a short form. It's the fastest route for quick bug reports or feature requests — you can include screenshots and we'll pick it up the same way as email.
What to include in a bug report
The more we know up front, the faster we can fix it. Where possible, please tell us:
- Which pattern you selected.
- Which team designation, anchor date, and country setting.
- Browser and device (e.g. "Safari on iPhone 15, iOS 18").
- What you expected vs what actually happened.
- A screenshot if you have one.
What to include in a "pattern doesn't match my rota" report
Pattern names are not standardised — DuPont at one site can look different at another. To get yours right, tell us:
- Your employer and (broadly) your role.
- The full repeating cycle as you actually work it, in days. Use D for day, N for night, O for off. Example:
D D O O N N N O O D D N N O O O. - How many teams cycle through the same pattern.
- Your usual shift hours (e.g. 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00).
We use these to spot variants and add them as preset patterns or as part of the custom-pattern guidance.
Response policy
We aim to acknowledge every message within 2 working days. UK GDPR data-subject requests are responded to within one month, as required by Article 12(3). If we need more time on a complex request we will tell you within that month and explain why.
